Continued activity within the M&A market at present is being driven by stra=
tegic=20
intent, the quality of targets we are bringing to the market, availability =

cash to invest, and the benevolent tax regime that currently remains in pla=

These factors dictate that now really is a good time to consider your exit=

strategy due to attractive values being achieved for our clients.

I understand that due to the ongoing negotiations surrounding Brexit, some=

shareholders remain a little uncertain about selling, however, appetite rem=

strong and the current tax regime is favourable - low rates of Capital Gain=

(CGT), and the premium benefit for those qualifying for Entrepreneurs' Reli=
